Invitations ... We specialize in wedding invitations and advising brides about the many details involved when wording them.

Invitations set the tone of your wedding for your guests as their style reflects the degree of formality of your ceremony and reception. The design, color and wording will create the mood for your entire celebration. Contemporary or traditional, formal or more casual, your invitation says it all.

We know the rules of protocol and when and how to "bend them," keeping the invitation within the boundary of social acceptability. Since inflexible rules do exist to cover the wording variances of formal invitations, we will guide you in the socially correct format.

For the bride who desires the ultimate manner of expression, there is no substitute for the engraved invitation. If your budget does not allow for genuine engraved invitations, quality processed lettering - known as thermography - on a high-grade paper, is a good choice and is socially correct.

For a less formal wedding, pastel papers, floral borders, colored inks, quotations, initials, and personal wording are all available.

Invitations should be ordered four to six months before the wedding date and mailed four to six weeks before the wedding. They are mailed first class, with a small stamp placed neatly on the right-hand corner. If you use response cards, the return pre-addressed envelope should also have a stamp. Put the enclosure cards and invitation in the two envelopes and take one to the post office to have it weighed before putting stamps on all of them. In today's world, with so many family situations involved, it will give you peace of mind to know that your invitations reflect the epitome of good taste.
